Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake


1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup warm water
Icing


Mix all dry ingredients, then add all moist ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees or until done in center. If you double the recipe bake for 1 hour.
