1 recipe Cornbread
1 egg, beaten
2 cans chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. dried sage
salt and pepper
Prepare cornbread according to directions. In a small saucepan melt butter. Add onion and celery and saute until tender. In a large mixing bowl, crumble cornbread and add sage, salt and pepper. Add onion and celery, broth and beaten egg, mixing well. Stuff in turkey cavity. Place remaining in baking dish and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
