1 lb ground beef
1 32oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 15oz container ricotta cheese
uncooked lasagna noodles
16ozs mozarella cheese
parmasean cheese
garlic powder
italian seasonings
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low. Heat through, stirring occasionally; set aside. Spoon half of the meat sauce covering the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place 1 layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles. Sprinkle 8ozs of the mozarella over top of the ricotta cheese, sprinkle with parmasean, garlic powder, and italian seasonings. Repeat layers. Cover tightly with foil (I like to tent the foil to prevent the cheese from sticking). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 20 minutes more. Let stand 15-20 minutes. Serve with Garlic Bread and Italian Style Roasted Peppers.
