8oz package large elbow noodles
16ozs Velveeta Cheese, cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain. In large saucepan add butter and milk, stir until butter is completely melted over medium heat. Add cubed Velveeta and continue to stir until melted. Reserve about 1/2 cup each of cheddar and mozarella cheeses. Add remaining to macaroni mixture and stir until melted. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered in a 350* oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until cheese on top is bubbly, a little longer if you like the cheese a little brown.
