3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
dash of salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecans
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust (Classic Crisco Crust)
Preheat oven to 350 degreesF. In mixer bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Add Pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover edges of crust with pie shields or aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
