1 9-inch unbaked pie crust (Classic Crisco Crust)
1 16oz can pumpkin (About 2 cups)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 425 degreesF. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
